<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimple disposition method of a golf ball showing a superior symmetry in the flying of the golf ball, providing the golf ball with an aesthetic external appearance, and suppressing the manufacturing cost in injection molding of the golf ball and to provide the golf ball obtained by the dimple disposition method. <P>SOLUTION: The dimples are disposed by a process, when supposing spherical isosceles triangles that are formed by equally dividing one hemisphere into a plurality of numbers by virtual lines connecting a pole to the equator and orthogonally crossing with the equator, of disposing a plurality of dimples in the spherical isosceles triangles adjoined to each other in the both sides of the virtual line so as to be axisymmetric to the virtual lines; a process of rotationally transferring the dimples displayed relative to the segments connecting the sphere core and the pole in one direction; and a process of displaying the dimples on the opposite-side hemisphere being symmetric to the dimples on one hemisphere after the transfer with respect to the sphere core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
