OPERATION MONITORING METHOD AND ITS DEVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation monitoring method and its device of an electromagnetic valve capable of accurately detecting operation of the electromagnetic valve by means of an inexpensive control system with a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the operation monitoring method of the electromagnetic valve detecting and monitoring operating conditions of valves including information for opening and closing timing of the electromagnetic valve, the operation monitoring method comprises: a step of detecting sequential change of electric current energized into an electromagnetic coil; a step of detecting timing for opening of the electromagnetic valve at the basis of changed timing of an electric current change rate showing sequential change of electric current from a positive side to a negative side; and a step of detecting completion of opening of the electromagnetic valve when the electric current changing line becomes a first bottom after completing its changed timing.
