PURPOSE: A system for monitoring mobile camera production data and a control method thereof are provided to write invisibly and systematically unremovable user's information when producing image data, thereby reducing the frequency of illegal circulation and production of movie data. CONSTITUTION: An image compressing member(10) compresses the image data. A memory device(30) includes the inherent number, information and hash value of a camera. A watermark information generating member(22) generates watermark information including the inherent number, information and hash value of the camera. When compressing the image data in the image compressing member, a watermark inserting member(21) inserts the watermark value generated from the watermark generating member into the image data. The watermark coefficient generating member compares the inherent hash value and inherent number of the camera and generates an invisible coefficient when the inherent number is changed, so that visibility/invisibility of the watermark is determined.
