PURPOSE: Provided is a supply method of a raw fish dish by dipping a fish in low temperature of a mixed solution and slicing the fish meat, thereby providing a consumer with a fresh raw fish dish. CONSTITUTION: A supply method of a raw fish dish comprises the steps of: dipping a live fish in low temperature of a mixed solution; removing blood from the fish; removing intestines and bones from the fish and slicing it; removing moisture from the surface of the fish slice; treating the fish slice with ultra violet rays; and packing and distributing the fish slice. |
