PURPOSE: A curtain assembly structure of a vehicle is provided to improve assembly efficiency and the exterior shape by simplifying the structure and parts and to secure accurate drawing or setting-up operations of a curtain by moving a movable unit along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle with a little power. CONSTITUTION: A curtain assembly structure of a vehicle is composed of: a body unit(100) fixed in a vehicle room, supported by extending downward, and integrated with a pipe-shaped curtain rail(110); and a plurality of movable units(200) composed of a movable support unit(210) capable of moving at the appointed angle with covering the curtain rail of the body unit and a fixing hook(220) combined to the movable support unit. A window chassis(120) for holding a side window(300) is integrally injection-molded at the side of the body unit. In addition, the movable unit has a cylinder communicated at the lower side of the movable support unit and a stopper positioned in the cylinder, guided vertically, and combined with the fixing hook at the lower end. The stopper is elastically supported by an elastic unit and accordingly the upper end is contacted with the curtain rail.
