PURPOSE: A compressor is provided to restrict wear of a driving unit by securing smooth lubrication by supplying continuously oil to a crank chamber from a separating chamber installed in a discharge chamber of a rear housing to separate refrigerant and oil. CONSTITUTION: A compressor(100) is composed of a cylinder block(110) having plural bores(111): a front housing(120) combined to the front side of the cylinder block and formed with a crank chamber(121) therein; a driving shaft(150) rotatively supported to the cylinder block and the front housing; plural pistons(165) interlocking with a swash plate(160) mounted to the driving shaft and rotated integrally to reciprocate in the bores; a rear housing(130) combined in the rear side of the cylinder block and composed of a partition wall(134) for dividing a discharge chamber filled with refrigerant inserted from the cylinder block and a suction chamber(131) filled with the refrigerant from the outside, and a discharge pipe(133) for ejecting the refrigerant of the discharge chamber; and an oil separating unit(200) disposed in the rear housing to separate oil from the refrigerant. The oil separating unit has a separating chamber(201) divided from the discharge chamber and formed with an oil separating space(202) therein. The separating chamber comprises through-holes(211) communicating with the discharge chamber; an oil hole(212) transferring the oil to a control valve; and an inlet(133a) of the discharge pipe positioned in the separating chamber.
