PURPOSE: A wall and a slab form without dismantling are provided not to be removed after completing a wall, to simplify construction work by excluding an installation work of a form support by solidifying the structure of a form, to exclude a finishing work after completing a wall by utilizing a block structure as a material for a form, and to increase the working efficiency and to shorten a period of work. CONSTITUTION: The wall and the slab form without dismantling(3000) comprise each wall unit(1000) having a structure fastened continuously by inserting a bolt to a fixed beam(210) of a block structure(200), and an interlayer partition unit(2000) coupled horizontally between the walls(1000) to form an interlayer floor. The wall unit(1000) contains many block structures(200) fastened continuously to a C-shaped beam(210) using a bolt, a vertical tie(400) connecting each block structure(200), and a horizontal tie fastened between bolts where each vertical tie(400) is inserted vertically; and the interlayer partition unit(2000) contains many L-shaped steels(600) formed adjacently to couple on each wall(1000) and many blocks(700) fitted on the L-shaped steels(600).
