PURPOSE: A shoulder belt for a rucksack, bag or gun and a rucksack and a bag are provided to remarkably reduce a weight applied to an upper shoulder portion by distributing the weight of a rucksack, bag or gun to the entire surface of the shoulder strap. CONSTITUTION: The shoulder belt(4) for a rucksack, bag or gun is provided with an enclosed pocket made of rubber or vinyl formed in the inside or underside of the strap of the shoulder belt, the enclosed pocket being filled with air, hydrogen or helium. The rucksack or bag is provided with an enclosed pocket made of rubber or vinyl formed in the inside of the surface material of the rucksack or bag, the enclosed pocket being filled with air, hydrogen or helium.
