PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic suction device with a sheath whose diameter is narrowed while securing the flow of a liquid such as cooling water. SOLUTION: The device has an air flowing part 13 communicating with a water feeding conduit 11 mounted at least either on a hand-piece body 3 or the sheath 8. The flow of water feeding liquid in the water feeding conduit is made smooth by applying the pressure of air from the air flowing part to the water feeding conduit, and the diameter of the sheath can be narrowed while securing the flow of the liquid by actively discharging the water feeding liquid with the pressure of air.
