PURPOSE: A mixer for biochemical samples is provided to improve mixing efficiency in a rapid and effective way, by comprising pluralities of specific barriers in the channel of the mixer for a sample and a reagent, wherein the barrier makes liquid including a sample, a reagent or a catalyst vibrated and swirled up and down and left and right in the channel, thereby helping to provide precision experimental results and make the length of the channel short. CONSTITUTION: The mixer for biochemical samples comprises: a sample inlet, a reagent inlet, a catalyst inlet and a channel(15) where introduced liquids are mixed while flowing down to a mixture discharging part, wherein the channel comprises pluralities of barriers(16) which are alternately placed on the upper and the lower part, wherein one side of the cross section of the barrier is wider than the other side of the cross section thereof, and the part having smaller cross section area is placed to face the center inside the channel when the barriers are alternately formed on each side of the channel.
