<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for realizing with a less information quantity a panoramic three-dimensional (3D) image combining a 3D image realizing a 3D sense and a panoramic image realizing transverse spreading, and further to easily realizing the panoramic 3D image even in an ordinary and familiar television, video or photograph system etc. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is the 3D imaging system for making a zooming operation possible by providing an image constitution wherein one picture turns up and down or is inverted with respect to the other picture with a dividing line in between, in a 3D picture constitution disposing both 3D right and left pictures while vertically or laterally dividing them on a single picture (unitary picture). The 3D imaging system is realized to allow a simple single optical system such as ordinary still camera or video camera, to easily realize zooming a 3D image including a laterally long panoramic 3D image although zooming can be realized conventionally only in a complicated left/right binocular optical system device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
