<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform highly accurate scheduling and to prevent system throughput deterioration by using statistical processing to report corrected reception quality information. <P>SOLUTION: A temporary CQI (channel quality indicator) selecting part 108 selects a temporary CQI by using a measured SNR to refer to information for CQI selection in which an SNR is associated with a CQI. A statistical processing part 109 generates the probability density distribution of temporary CQIs and finds, from the generated probability density distribution, the range of temporary CQIs where the statistical medians and probability density of the temporary CQIs are distributed. A threshold determining part 110 sets a threshold corresponding to the range of the temporary CQIs where probability densities are distributed. A CQI determining part 111 compares a threshold with a median each time a temporary CQI is inputted, corrects the temporary CQI into a CQI with excellent reception quality or a CQI with poor reception quality in accordance with comparison results to thereby select a report CQI to be reported to the base station device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
