摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a charge pump circuit efficiently while reducing power consumption. SOLUTION: Since a Zener diode D1 includes a transistor M1, applying voltage is low and turn-on voltage of a line HV is higher than that of a Zener diode D2. When operation of a charge pump circuit is controlled depending on the output from a flip-flop FF being set when the voltage at point A goes H and reset when the voltage at point B goes L, operation of the charge pump circuit is turned on/off effectively and power can be saved.
