PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a reduction of parts count and a reduction of manhour by improving the configuration of a connector 16, and to achieve the cost down by contriving the equalization of quality and improving the mass production. SOLUTION: A connector 25, which is arranged at the bottom outer face 26 of a base plate 1 where a stator core is to be attached, is provided with a boss part 28 to be inserted into the wire drawing hole 13 of the base plate 1, a recess 29 made at the abutting face 27 with the base plate 1, and an injection hole 30 to inject an adhesive into the recess 29. The wires drawn out via a connection hole 33 made the boss part 28 are electrically connected with the relay parts 23 of electrodes 19-22, and an adhesive is bonded to the relay parts 23 and these periphery, and the connector 25 and the base plate 1 are bonded and fixed by the adhesive charged through the injection hole 30.
