摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an amorphous soft core using Fe-based amorphous metal powder obtained by crushing amorphous ribbons produced using a rapid solidification process (RSP), wherein a DC superimposition property is excellent in a large current and a core loss is also improved. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the amorphous soft magnetic core includes steps of: performing preliminary thermal treatment to amorphous metal ribbons made of Fe-based amorphous metal alloys using RSP; crushing the amorphous metal ribbons to obtain the amorphous metal powder; classifying the amorphous metal powder to be mixed into the distribution of powder particles each having an optimal uniform composition; mixing the mixed amorphous metal powder with a binder to form the core; and annealing the formed core to coat the core with an insulating resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
