<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive colored resin composition for a color filter which has excellent image forming property and an excellent balance in sensitivity and solubility even when the concentration of a coloring material is high and which has excellent sharpness of the pixel edge and adhesion property. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive colored resin composition contains: (A) an alkali-soluble resin obtained by allowing a reaction product of an epoxy resin (a) expressed by general formula (1) and an unsaturated group-containing carboxylic acid (b) to further react with a polybasic acid and/or its anhydride (c); (B) a photopolymerization initiator; (C) a coloring material; and (D) a dispersant. In formula (1), n represents the average and a number from 0 to 10, P and R represent hydrogen atoms, halogen atoms, 1-8C alkyl groups or aryl group, and P and R may be identical to or different from each other, and G represents a glycidyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
