PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary continuous heat treatment device of high productivity, capable of continuously performing the heat treatment of a powder material which needs a temperature control of high accuracy, without unevenness and dispersion in burning by improving a conventional rotary kiln furnace. SOLUTION: A quantitative feeding mechanism is mounted between a material supply part 1 and a core pipe 6 of a rotary kiln. The quantitative feeding mechanism comprises a cylindrical body 6 rotated in adjacent to an end part of the core pipe, and a spiral body 13 rotated in the cylindrical body independently from the rotation of the cylindrical body. The cylindrical body may be integrally connected with the core pipe. Whereby the quantitative material can be evenly supplied into the furnace, and only the powder itself can be directly heated with small dispersion of thermal history in a state that the material is uniformly rotated in the furnace little by little.
