PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device that is excellently decorated and rationally configured. SOLUTION: A transmission device for transmitting the power to a driven part 200 is provided with a first transparent plate 210 on which the driven part is attached to be driven, a second transparent plate 320 opposed by the first transparent plate and engaged with the driven part, and a driving means 600 for revolving the second transparent plate around the first transparent plate.
