PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately provide service for permitting a user to obtain a whole video with which an event is overlooked while he or she picks up an image by concentrating on an object so as to improve a satisfaction degree and for obtaining the whole video at the event. SOLUTION: In a common view supply device, the whole video in a range being the object is image-picked up as a common video. Video data are transmitted to local imaging apparatus. In the local imaging apparatus, the user arbitrarily picks up the image and records the picked-up image in a recording medium. The video transmitted from the common view supply device is simultaneously recorded. Video data of two systems, which are thus recorded, are outputted selectively or by composing them at the time of reproduction.
