PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive small levee-coating machine having a simple structure and facilitating the maintenance. SOLUTION: This levee-coating machine is linked to a link structure 2 of a tractor 1 so as to be freely lifted and lowered, and coats the levee B of a paddy field with mud D while being pulled by the tractor 1. The levee-coating machine is constituted of a bent scooping part 11 positioned at the front part and scooping the mud D in the ground, a lifting part 12 positioned at an intermediate part, gradually and continuously lifting the mud D scooped by the scooping part 11 in the vertical direction, and having a cross section in a nearly L-shape and a twisted and tilted plate shape, and a coating part 13 positioned at the rear part, coating the mud D lifted by the lifting part 12 to the levee B while pushing the mud D to the levee B, and having a cross section in a nearly T-shape.
