PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet powder supply apparatus for constantly and stably supplying a small amount of wet powder with high precision. SOLUTION: The wet powder supply apparatus has a hollow state container into the upper part of which a movable sealing plug, having a structure moving in close contact to the inner wall of the container while being connected to linear actuator, is inserted, and to the lower part of which a flow-out pipe capable of being vibrated by being connected to a vibrator is connected, wherein the wet powder housed in the container main body can flow out from the flow-out tube at a fixed flow rate with the co-operation of a gravity acting on the powder filled in the container, and a pressure for pushing the movable sealing plug with the linear actuator and the vibration caused by the vibrator.
