PURPOSE: An abnormal signal management system using a radio communication network and a managing method thereof are provided to transmit rapidly an abnormal signal corresponding to an emergency state to a call center by connecting dynamically a vehicle management system with the call center. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle system includes a collision sensor(1), a door switch(2), and an electronic control unit(3). An emergency sensor(4) for transmitting an abnormal signal when a car crash occurs and an emergency button(5) for transmitting an abnormal signal when an invader trespasses on a vehicle are installed in the vehicle. The electronic control unit is dynamically connected to a call center(10) of a remote place. The call center includes a signal analysis unit for analyzing the abnormal signal and a door opening/shutting request signal, a database for storing and managing information related a vehicle owner, a license plate number, an emergency contact, and a door secret number, a location tracking unit for tracking a location of the vehicle, and a signal processing unit for transmitting an emergency message to the emergency contact and opening or shutting the door switch.
