PURPOSE: Provided are a fuel cell system which has improved safety by minimizing the discharge of the harmful substances, and a fuel feeder. CONSTITUTION: The fuel cell system(10) comprises a fuel cell device(20) operating with an organic liquid fuel; a fuel cartridge(30) for feeding the organic liquid fuel to the fuel cell device(20); a pump(40) for feeding the organic liquid fuel in the fuel cartridge(30) to the fuel cell device(20); an air pump(50) for feeding air to the fuel cell device(20); and an adsorption unit(60) for adsorbing harmful substances contained in a fluid discharged from the fuel cell device(20). The adsorption unit is exchangeable disposed in an exhaust unit for discharging a gas or in a flow line for the liquid fuel. The fuel cell system may further comprises a fuel feeder for feeding an organic liquid fuel to the fuel cell device, with which the adsorption unit is integrated. Specifically, the fuel feeder comprises a storage unit for an organic liquid fuel; a feeding port; an inlet for a discharge fluid; an outlet for a discharge gas; and an adsorption unit.
