FIELD: railway transport; tie preparation plants. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treatment of ties at tie impregnation plant or at repairing of ties. Proposed device contains parallel longitudinal conveyors with sequential processing positions for receiving of ties, drilling of holes in ties, thread cutting, driving in screws and removing ties from conveyors, each of which being in form of trough with endless chain drive with pushers mounted along longitudinal axis of trough. Horizontal cross conveyor is mounted on tie-removing position square to longitudinal conveyors. Cross conveyor is furnished with pushers. Receiving platform are mounted on horizontal cross conveyor coaxially with longitudinal conveyors. Horizontal cross conveyor is articulated with inclined vertical conveyor provided with grips to convey ties into tie pack forming device. Length of inclined vertical conveyor (travel of pair of its grips) is equal to three quarters of revolution of horizontal conveyor (travel of three-pairs of its pushers). ^ EFFECT: provision of high capacity of device and high efficiency of its equipment. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg
