<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print system for transmitting/receiving the job command and job data of a print job by separating them, and for effectively preventing erroneous printing or unauthorized use due to inter-session time lug. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of receiving a job command transmission message including a job command and the message digest of the job data of a print job associated with the job command from a personal computer 1, a printer 2 returns a response message including a job identifier associated with the print job to the personal computer 1.
