PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid excess exposure of a subject (a patient) while shortening time required for imaging to shorten a medical treatment time. SOLUTION: When operating a C-shaped arm to be fixed in a first or second position for fluoroscopic photographing of an operated part or the like, imaging conditions are set by a circular diaphragm key 25, a parallel diaphragm key 26, a rotating operation key 27, an image rotating operation key 28 and an image reversing key 29, and in this state, a first or second setting key 30 or 31 is put in long pressing operation to store the imaging conditions set in the first position or second position, in an imaging condition storage means 32. When changed and fixed into the first or second position afterwards, each of the respective keys 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 can be automatically operated to obtain the imaging conditions set in the first or second position, by an imaging condition resetting means 33 following the pressing of the first or second setting key 30 or 31.
