METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MICROLENS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microlens embodying a high sag for the purpose of a high numerical aperture and a method for manufacturing the microlens in an array form. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the microlens includes stages of; (a) compression molding a refractive lens 35c by using a mold; (b) providing a lens holder which has a hole 44 in which the refractive lens 35c is seated and a diffractive lens is formed on the back of the hole 44; and (c) combining the refractive lens 35c and the diffractive lens by aligning their optical axes to the hole 44 of the lens holder.
