PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation for external use which is capable of masking an odor of a raw material and therefore solves the problem wherein commercial value of the skin care preparation for external use comprising at least one selected from 1,3-butylene glycol, polyoxyethylene methyl glucoside, polyoxyethylene sorbit monolaurate and sorbitan monostearate is deteriorated by the odor released after a heating step performed during its manufacturing process and the problem wherein conventionally known masking agents have insufficient and unsatisfactory masking effects. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation for external use contains at least one selected from eucalyptus oil, wild rose oil and mugwort oil. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
