<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard disk drive built-in device allowing long-time battery drive. <P>SOLUTION: In this hard disk drive built-in device, an image compression processing part 8 and a hard disk control part 10 or the like that is necessary to be operated only when inputting/outputting data from/to a hard disk drive 15 constitute a unit 22 configured on a single board.
