PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a grout injection opening, an outlet or an exhaust opening of a PC structure capable of ensuring excellent cut-off properties. SOLUTION: In this structure of the grout injection opening, outlet or exhaust opening of the PC structure, grout is infilled into a sheath pipe 41 wherein PC steel 42 is arranged after the introduction of prestress; an end of an injection pipe 31, which is connected to the sheath pipe, is anchored to the inside of a skeleton, which does not reach a surface of the skeleton of the PC structure; a section from the end of the injection pipe to the surface of the skeleton is closed with a plug 1; and the plug and the injection pipe are coupled together by means of a joint material 5 to be fitted into both the plug and the injection pipe.
