PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a head clearance, and to arrange an air-conditioning duct extending in a vehicular width direction along a rear header, when a seat belt device for a rear seat occupant has a retractor. SOLUTION: A seat belt device SB for a center seat occupant in a rearmost row seat 4 has the retractor 33. The retractor 33 is attached to a roof 9 in front of the center seat occupant J. More specifically, right and left roof rails 11 are connected by a first reinforcement 41 extending in a vehicular width direction before the center seat occupant J, and the first reinforcement 41 and a rear header 10 are connected by a second reinforcement extending in a back-and-forth direction. The retractor 33 is attached to the first reinforcement 41. An air-conditioning duct 16 (16C) extending in the vehicular width direction is disposed between the rear header 10 and the first reinforcement 41.
