PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary cleaner capable of sufficiently cleaning a wide range of a private part of the human body, and selecting a jetting shape of wash water in response to liking and a physical condition of a user. SOLUTION: A hip nozzle 1 starts to move toward a rear position from a front position, and a dispersive swirling flow is jetted from a jetting hole 25. Afterwards, an expansion angle of the dispersive swirling flow gradually reduces, and a straight line flow is jetted. The expansion angle of the dispersive swirling flow gradually increases from the straight line flow. The dispersive swirling flow and the straight line flow are alternately switched until the hip nozzle 1 moves to the rear position. After the hip nozzle 1 moves to the rear position, the hip nozzle 1 starts to move to a turning-back front position.
