PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing structure for a sunroof panel improving the stiffness of a sunroof panel or an installing member thereof. SOLUTION: A sunroof device comprises the sunroof panel 4 attached to an opening portion of a fixed roof 2, a rear side slider 21 moving in a back-and-forth direction of a vehicle, and a panel supporting stay 31 interposed between a periphery of a side edge portion of the sunroof panel 4 and the rear side slider 21. On a lower surface of the side edge of the sunroof panel 4, a panel holder 33 reinforcing the sunroof panel 4, and a panel supporting bracket 32 supporting the sunroof panel 4 are provided. The panel holder 33 and the panel supporting bracket 32 respectively have ribs 33q, 32a extending downward, and the ribs 33a, 32a are united to the panel supporting stay 31 while being joined with each other.
