Lower part (100) has openings (130) for electrical conductors (304), first (104) and second (106) locking elements and a stop (108). An upper part (200) has a distancing collar (216) fitted with a locking device. In a first locking position the first locking element locks into the locking device. In a second locking position the second locking element locks into the locking device and the stop performs a mechanical connection with the distancing collar.
