LAZORYK'S URETHRAL BOUGIE

Lazoryk's urethral bougie comprises the metal rod of varying caliber according to Charier's scale. The rod is straight in its external part, while its intravesical part is the flexed one. The surface of the bougie contains the alternated protrusions and recesses. The channel in the center of the rod communicates with its surface via the openings. The channel is ended in blind 3-4 cm from the internal part. Externally, the channel is connected with central or eccentric cannulas intended fir administering the drugs.
