PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporated fuel processing device capable of sufficiently purging evaporated fuel even during operation of a supercharger with a simple structure and of reducing pressure acting on a fuel tank when pressure in the fuel tank becomes negative. SOLUTION: In this evaporated fuel processing device, a one-way valve 15 opening when pressure in the fuel tank 10 is higher than pressure in a canister 12 by a first predetermined pressure PT1 or more is provided in a charge passage 11 connecting the fuel tank 10 and the canister 12. An upstream side of the one-way valve 15 of the charge passage 11 is connected to an upstream side of the supercharger 5 in the intake pipe 2 through a relief passage 16, and a two-way valve 17 is provided in the relief passage 16. The two-way valve 17 opens when difference between pressure in the fuel tank and pressure in an upstream side of the supercharger 5 in the intake pipe 2 is a second predetermined pressure PT2 which is higher than the first predetermined pressure PT1 or higher.
