<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card with a seal which enables certification information to be managed in various forms in compliance with the reasons of a customer. <P>SOLUTION: The card 1 with a seal has a membership seal 20 with a printed bar code 22 by which the customer can be identified and a card-like card body 30 which is almost of the same size as various types of cards including a credit card and has a printed bar code 34 same as the membership seal 20 and also has the membership seal 20 releasably attached to the card body 30.
