Plug-in splitter (SPL) for a band splitter (TL2) to which information is supplied via a broadband and narrow band method (ISDN, xDSL), whereby the splitter is configured so that when plugged in: the information fed to the band splitter if forwarded to the splitter, the broad band information (bbi) is separated from the narrow band information (sbi) and; only the broad band information or the narrow band information is returned to the band splitter via an output (ASP1) of the splitter.
