PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an evaporated fuel processing device capable of preventing ignition of air fuel mixture containing evaporated fuel when relatively large quantity of evaporated fuel is purged into an intake system even during operation of a supercharger. SOLUTION: The control device for the evaporated fuel processing device is constructed to supply evaporated fuel to an upstream side of the supercharger 5 in an intake pipe 2 from a canister through a jet pump 17. In this device, first vapor concentration V1 is detected by an evaporated fuel concentration sensor 19 provided in a passage 16 and second vapor concentration V2 which is evaporated fuel concentration in an upstream side of the supercharger 5 in the intake pipe 2 is calculated according to the first vapor concentration V1, intake air quantity QAIR and supercharging pressure P2. And when the second vapor concentration V2 exceeds a predetermined concentration V2TH during operation of the supercharger 5, control signal duty ratio DOUTPGC of a purge control valve 14 is corrected toward a reduction direction.
