PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT device capable of obtaining the image data of high image quality by effectively performing helical scanning. SOLUTION: The X-ray CT device for rotating at least two X-ray generation sources 9, moving the top plate of a bed in a rotary axis direction and performing helical scanning comprises: a plurality of X-ray beam generation sources 9 for exposing a testee body on the bed to X-rays; a detector 15 for detecting the X-rays generated from the X-ray beam generation sources 9; a rotating means for rotating the plurality of X-ray beam generation sources 9 around the testee body; a setting means for setting the interval in the rotary axis direction of the plurality of X-ray beam generation sources 9; and a means for controlling the X-ray beam exposure timing of the X-ray beam generation sources 9 so as to expose only the area to perform helical scanning to the X-rays.
