<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling to output a motor suppressing the deterioration of a secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: A method for controlling an output of the motor includes a step of supplying with a power from one or more battery packs. The system for controlling the output of the motor includes a means for detecting voltage data to be inputted to the motor, a means for sensing current data for energizing the motor, a means for calculating power consumption of the motor from the voltage data and the current data, a means for calculating total power consumption by integrating the power consumption, and a means for judging whether the total power consumption is larger than a predetermined value or not by comparing the total power consumption with the predetermined judged value.
