PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a bleach-fixing solution for a photosensitive material capable of suppressing stain of a white background (magenta stain) in temporal storage of a processed print while providing satisfactory bleach-fixing capacity without requiring aeration or addition of an oxidizing agent, when a bleach-fixing solution is prepared using a one-part bleach-fixing concentrated composition and processing is carried out using the solution, and to provide a starter for a bleach-fixing concentrated composition and a processing method for a photosensitive material. SOLUTION: In the method for preparing the bleach-fixing solution using a one-part bleach-fixing concentrated composition for a silver halide color photographic sensitive material containing at least an iron salt having an iron (II) content of 50-100 mol% and a starter, the starter contains at least a ferric complex salt of an aminopolycarboxylic acid.
