The invention relates to structural analysis based on the investigation of probing particles dispersed by a sample and can be used for studying the atomic structure of a protein molecule. The aim of the invention is to meaningfully determine the structure of a polyatomic molecule, including true protein. Said invention is characterised in that it makes it possible to displace the source of probing particles and/or a substrate or a needle over a predetermined distance at a linear increment equal to or lower than 09.01 nanometer and an angular increment equal to or lower than 10<-3> seconds of angle and to fix elastically scattered probing particles according to the intensity and the angles thereof with the aid of a matrix hemispherical analyser in each distributional position. It is possible to restore scattering centres embodied in the form of atoms of the studied molecule by calculation according to a spatial scattering indicatrix of the probing particles or an interferential picture resulted from the interaction between the primary beam of the probing particles and the elastically scattered probing particles. |
