PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for increasing crosslinking efficiency that is capable of increasing the crosslinking efficiency, when a thermoplastic elastomer is dynamically crosslinked with a crosslinking agent and can improve the compression permanent deformation and the processability of the resultant thermoplastic elastomer, and provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition that includes the same. SOLUTION: The composition for increasing crosslinking efficiency according to this invention comprises (a) 100 pts.wt. of ethylenic copolymer rubber, (b) 20 to 300 pts.wt. of a crystalline olefinic resin and (c) 2 to 30 pts.wt. of a crosslinking agent.
