<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a hybrid vehicle capable of preventing a storage device from being overcharged. <P>SOLUTION: This hybrid vehicle comprises an ECU 13 having a throttle opening control means controlling a throttle opening according to the operation amount of an accelerator pedal and a high-voltage battery 6 charging and discharging power according to the driving and regeneration of a traveling motor 1 so as to be run by at least the power of one of an engine 3 and the traveling motor 1. When the present vehicle speed is zero and the temperature of the high-voltage battery 6 is lower than a specified value, the internal resistance of the high-voltage battery 6 is larger than a specified value, the rising rate of the rotational speed of the traveling motor 1 or the traveling speed of the engine 3 is larger than a specified value, the varied amount of the input/output voltage of the high-voltage battery 6 is larger than a specified value, or the varied operation amount of the accelerator pedal is larger than a specified value, the ECU 13 performs DBW control in which the response characteristic of the throttle opening for the operation amount of the accelerator pedal is delayed more than in a normal state and its upper limit is restricted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
