PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat-bed scanner device capable of dark field photographing by a simple and small-sized constitution. SOLUTION: This flat-bed scanner device has a scanner head movable along the straight line direction, a sample stand for arranging thereon a sample read by the scanner head, and a black box for absorbing light irradiated from the scanner head and transmitted to the back of the sample. The black box has two reflection faces arranged in parallel, and forms an optical path for reflecting successively the light from the scanner by the two reflection faces. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
