PURPOSE: Provided is a ceramic heater, which generates heat under high temperature in a short time by controlling the mixing ratio of the components. CONSTITUTION: The ceramic heater heated by microwaves comprises: 10-20 wt% of aluminum oxide, 20-30 wt% of silicon dioxide, 20-60 wt% of silicon carbide, 1-10 wt% of magnesium oxide, 1-10 wt% of a loess and 1-10 wt% of a binder. The ceramic heater is produced by the method comprising: the step(S100) for preparing and mixing the above components; the step(S200) for forming the mixture obtained from the preceding step into a desired shape and drying; the step(S300) for firing the formed ceramic heater; and the step(S400) for carrying out the finishing treatment of the ceramic heater.
