PURPOSE: Provided are a medical flexible film which is excellent in heat resistance and shows excellent flexibility and transparency even after high temperature sterilization, and a medical pouch prepared by using the film. CONSTITUTION: The medical flexible film comprises an outer layer part which comprises a polypropylene-based resin having a melt index of 0.5-15 and a melting point of 145-165 deg.C and whose thickness percent is 5-25 % of the total film; and an inner layer part which comprises a polyethylene-based resin having a melting point of 125-130 deg.C and whose thickness percent is 75-95 % of the total film. Preferably the inner layer part comprises a single layer or a double layer. Preferably the polypropylene-based resin is a polypropylene homopolymer, a polypropylene copolymer or their mixture; and the polyethylene-based resin is at least one selected from low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene and a copolymer of ethylene and a C3-C12 α-olefin.
