PURPOSE: A plastic operation equipment set is provided to reconstruct a subvalvular structure of atrioventricular valve by inserting an artificial musculi papillares to be substituted for the subvalvular structure and by forming an artificial chordae tendineae so as to connect the existing surgical suture to the artificial musculi papillares. CONSTITUTION: The plastic operation equipment set includes: a cylindrical body(4), having a size proper to be inserted into the inside of a cardiac ventricle; a first hole(6), arranged on an one-sided end in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical body(4); a second hole(8), arranged on the other sided end, opposite to the first hole(6). One of the first or second hole(6,8) is bigger than the other hole(8,6).
