PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for separating and washing aggregate from construction waste article by more effectively separating float wastes from the aggregate. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a reservoir(1) for storing a constant amount of water therein and having an outlet at a rear portion thereof. A spiral, rotary member(10) concentrically disposed is installed along a longitudinal direction of the reservoir. Plural bar plates(12) are radially disposed along a rotating shaft(30) and spaced apart from each other at regular intervals. A bucket wheel(50) is installed to the rear portion of the reservoir for drawing up aggregate. A discharge conveyer(80) for discharging float waste is installed to a side of the reservoir.
